21.01.2022 AAOM TELEHEALTH STUDY GROUP Dear AAOM Members, We are currently faced with an unprecedented and unpredictable time together. The AAOM recommends at this time that each member of our association follows their professional organisation and regulatory board's regulations regarding COVID-19. This also includes following all government health advice with regards to social distancing and self isolation practices.... Have you considered Telehealth as a platform to provide your clients with ongoing care? Are you already providing services via Telehealth? Are you tech savvy? To support AAOM members during this stressful time the AAOM executive team is considering running a study group next week to discuss the use of teletherapy as a therapy option. As a group we can all share handy hints and troubleshooting tips to support each other during the transition to Telehealth practices. An email with a poll, has been sent to members tonight about this. Any member who didn't receive this email, please comment below. Stay safe everyone! Your AAOM Executive Team.
