22.01.2022 Over the last 6 weeks we have been working closely with Royal Darwin Show to help deliver an insightful mini-series which has taken us on an amazing journey! We have met some of the Show's most passionate entrants and participants who have shared with us their unique stories, incredible talents and favourite memories. Whilst we all missed our much loved Show this year we thoroughly enjoyed bringing you something different and shedding light on the people behind the Show that... make it so special! 21.01.2022 AA&P Events is excited and grateful to have been recognised as National Finalist for Small Event Management Company of the Year, and State Finalist for Best Regional Event for the NLC Indigenous Rangers Forum. We are incredibly passionate about our role, our industry and our community and we work hard to support the growth of the business events sector in the Top End, we are bursting with pride to have received such an acknowledgement for our hard work, creativity and contribution to the industry. As our small team grows we aim to be the leading business events and strategic communications agency in northern Australia. We’re looking forward to the final announcements and waiving the NT flag at the Australian Event Awards and Symposium in October.

20.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who attended the Mango Madness Festival on the 25th of October 2020. 5000 attendees over 7 hours 26 restaurants, bars and cafes in Darwin, Palmerston and Litchfield participated in the It Takes 2 to Mango campaign and created a mango inspired meal or drink. This was supported by over 2 tonnes of mangoes being donated from local growers to support our hospitality industry 57 sponsors and in kind supporters (including more than $60,000 in-kind su...pport provided) Over 130 volunteers donated their time at the festival Around $2,000 fundraised for Careflight NT Over 85 local and national media mentions about ‘Darwin’s Mango Madness Festival’ over the festival weekend alone More than 10 tonnes of mango donated by local mango growers to food stalls. Activations, free tastings and It Takes Two to Mango initiative Over 1000 hours in planning and delivery from the NTMIA committee and AA&P Events. Increase in weekend patronage and spend in surrounding waterfront venues (some by around 25%) 100% every dollar spent on the festival went to Northern Territory businesses and suppliers. See more

20.01.2022 AA&P worked closely with Activate Darwin to deliver the inaugural Darwin Mango Cup, an initiative established in recognition of the Northern Territory’s much-loved mangoes and to celebrate local bartenders and showcase their talent and skills. The conferences traditionally focus on generalised aspects of mediation and ADR, and attract up to 600 participants, mainly from Australia but also from the region and abroad. 01.01.2022 Over the last few month we have been working closely with NT Department of Trade, Business and Innovation and we've been on an exciting journey with some incredible people! As the event coordinator for the prestigious 2020 NT Training Awards we delivered the Ambassador Preparation and Judging Weekend. We engaged Amy Hetherington, Mary Linnell, Balanced Choice & The Visual Storytellers to establish a unique program of professional development activities and networking session...s. We managed 29 judges and coordinated 39 interviews from 103 nominations. Earlier this month we welcomed over 400 guests to the Darwin Convention Centre for the 2020 NT Training Awards Gala Dinner. We came together for a celebration of excellence and achievements by Territory businesses, training organisations, apprentices, trainees, trainers and students, and what a great evening it was!
