19.01.2022 #Homecooking Festive season seafood yums continue SCALLOPS: Breadcrumbs, parsley, melted butter, crushed garlic, lemon, chili, pepper. Bake in oven 10ish mins 230C. BROCOLLINI & CHILIS: Charred on grill with olive oil, with last min added lemon, garlic. Add some more lemon once out and reduce for extra drizzling sauce.... CAULIFLOWER & PARSLEY PUREE: Chopped cauliflower boiled with milk, garlic, white wine, stock. Blend with butter, crushed garlic, parsley, S&P.
