Duties that you will be responsible for but not limited to:... - All preparation to surfaces such as Sanding, priming and sealing - Applying Paints to surfaces and cutting in - Working at heights, use of ladder and scaffolding - Clean up of equipment and maintain and clean and safe work environment To be Successful: - Must have a current driver’s licence - Must have a white card - Have a passion for this trade and want to be part of a growing business - Well presented, punctual and confident - Good eye for detail - Motivated and take pride in your work - Be trustworthy and reliable - Sound Knowledge on OH&S - Able to work as part of a team -Excellent time management skills - Must have experience in painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures

23.01.2022 2ND YEAR APPRENTICE IN PAINTING AND DECORATING. Aaron Warhurst Painting & Decorating is a small Family run business and we are seeking a 2nd year apprentice painter to join our team. The position is for a full time apprenticeship working a minimum of 38hrs per week.... Duties that you will be responsible for but not limited to: - Sanding - Preparation of surfaces to paint - Painting and cutting in - Working at heights, use of ladder and scaffolding - Cleaning equipment and work area To be successful: - Hold a construction Induction Card - Compleated year 10 - Have a passion for this trade and want to be part of a growing buisness once compleated apprenticeship - Well presented and confident - Good eye for detail - Motivated and take pride in your work - Be trustworthy and reliable Please include a cover letter with your application demonstrating how you meet the above criteria and why you would like to have a career in Painting and Decorating.
