25.01.2022 Multiple faults. UNSAFE to work on, SA POWER disconnected to make safe. Incorrect wiring to meters; Lamp active-earth and neutral to earth fault;... Unprotected cables induced 22v metering panel; RCD trips with no connection to MAINS; Fluoro light has speaker wire; Fan control melted; No active to fan switch; K1 Contactor HOT and BURNED OUT CONTACTS; and more. ZELEMITE PANELS REPLACED. SWITCHBOARD UPGRADED RCBOs to all circuits. New EARTH STAKE. New Meter Isolator. New Earthing Cables as required. New Neutral and Metered Neutral Bars. New Earth Bar. New Earthing to water bond (equipotential).

20.01.2022 Fault finding on behalf of @allareaselectrical Metering was a mess as well. Made safer and compliant to AS3000:2018... Thanks to @sa_powernetworks assistance to make safe whilst repairs undertaken. Live cables detected and without SAPN, installation could not have been upgraded and faults found thereafter.
