21.01.2022 Hi Disc Golfers. The Qld Government has just announced a three day lockdown from 6pm tonight to 6pm Monday. As such we recommend players cancel any plans to play at local courses this weekend. It is important we do our part to get through this lockdown so we can continue playing disc golf after this weekend. Lockdown is the perfect time to improve your putting game in your house. Please remember that in other cities and countries when players have ignored lockdown restriction...s courses have been closed down so it is important we do the right thing. Details of the restriction here: Brisbane will enter a three-day lockdown to stop the spread of the highly contagious UK strain of COVID-19. From 6pm tonight until 6pm Monday, people in the local government areas of Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Redlands and Logan will be required to stay at home except: to attend work if you can’t work from home; to buy essentials like groceries and medicine; look after the vulnerable; and exercise within their neighbourhood Further restrictions include: Masks are to be worn at all times when outside of your place of residence, this includes in workplaces and public transport 20 people can attend funerals, 10 people can attend weddings (no dancing or singing) Limit of two visitors in homes Restaurants and cafes to provide takeaway service only Cinemas, entertainment and recreation venues, gyms etc to close Places of worship to close See more

14.01.2022 Best throw of the day was with the Captain. 13,5,-2,2. Hole 1 at Cadogen St 112m. But then to watch Sir Gavin Cowan (the champ)who held off four of us in a Champs v Chumps to win by 1. His best was about 120m with a champ orange Shryke also on hole one was impressively past my good one at 104m second time around.
