25.01.2022 Landscaping and creative logs for the City of South Perth.

25.01.2022 A bit of hot summer fun!!! A temporary waterslide

24.01.2022 We layed and compacted the gravel path and infill. We use a premium gravel marketed as "Northern Red". The landscaping was done by others.

19.01.2022 This is my 19 month old son challenging himself in our unfinished play area #natureplay

19.01.2022 This is an ancient Jarrah tree rootball cut to make an interesting garden seat. It was sourced from a subdivision in Mundijong.

18.01.2022 We used a 50mm geo drainage cell grid with a geofab underlay and filled with rainbow stone. The drainage cell allows vehicles to drive on it without leaving tyre imprints or splaying of the stone.

18.01.2022 This is the front verge. We used a compressed hills gravel, reshaped. sloped and rock edged it. We also built an attractive rock swale to catch the water runoff too stop erosion on this property and the neighbours.

18.01.2022 The stone being worked into the grid. It was underlayed with a geo fabric to stop weeds and the migration of soil up into the stone.

17.01.2022 The backyard. We shaped and stone pitched the height transitions. Put in the retic and layed the turf.

17.01.2022 Moving the granite boulders in place for the water feature.

15.01.2022 This was a design and hardscape construct brief. Included with the landscaping we put in a side driveway using a geo drainage mesh filled with rainbow stone. For this client we also built their house pad and drainage.

14.01.2022 Some of the log features we have built and installed into our landscapes.

12.01.2022 Nature Play Perfection.... love this beautiful space and how amazing our first Bespoke Corten Bush Cubby completes the space.... awesome work by Aaron Lori Bushscapes for The City of South Perth.

12.01.2022 You can build all the wonder in the world but to my kids a dumped load of sand is as good as it gets!

12.01.2022 Nature Play WA is excited to present award-winning outdoor play expert Adam Bienenstock as our keynote speaker in a half-day forum on the benefits of risk in ou...tdoor play. Joining Adam will be Play Check's Andrew Reedy, discussing how much risk we should allow in play, and Educated by Nature's Daniel Burton, delivering an introduction to using tools to develop independence and resilience. 12.01.2022 Kids sandpit play table and climbing steps made from reclaimed logs.

10.01.2022 You can build all the wonders in the world but to my kids a dumped pile of sand is as good as it gets!

05.01.2022 The finished side driveway. The stone doesn't get as hot as a full concrete driveway.

05.01.2022 I saw Adam Bienenstock from Canada talk at a Nature Play WA seminar at the WA state library earlier in the year. It was an amazing talk by a charismatic and engaging speaker. This is a link to a similar talk he has given and well worth the watch when you have a spare 50 minutes. https://youtu.be/jaJ0Ksoopow

04.01.2022 We layed out the 30mm drainage grid and hand cut it to form a curved path of rainbow stone. When filled with stone the geo grid holds the stone firm and stops it from splaying when walking on it or using a wheel barrow.

03.01.2022 Dry creek bed with nature play features included.
