19.01.2022 And she is off @h2omtroz ready to rumble and complete the annapurna marathon . It’s been great working with @h2omtroz to get her back to a level a running which she feels comfortable to do this exhausting event. Everything has gone smoothly in the gym and her run and swim training with @bondispot has all been ticked off. ... @h2omtroz is doing this event in the hope to bring more awareness around premature births and also supporting and raising funds for @runningforprems We all@wish you the best of luck Roz.

19.01.2022 It’s been great training with the big dog @tateoscar these past 12 months. Oscar first come to me with many idiopathic (unsure of cause) pains throughout his body. Lower back, right pelvis, shoulder and neck pain to the point where he couldn’t get out of the house. Some very basic corrective exercises were introduced which slowly progressed to building strength and performance based around and AFL. ... These photos from the last big swell to hit Sydney last Friday are proof he has well overcome these injuries and taken his body to another level. Well done legend - many more to come. 16.01.2022 Swiss Ball Horse Stance Great for core control, tilting reflex dominant sports and has a number of other uses like balance, stability and strength of stabiliser muscles. As the saying goes - you can’t fire a cannon from a . Way too much time is spent trying to develop big strong muscles because they look good. These muscles are usually trained incorrectly, too early, and or at the detriment of the joint. This leads to less than optimal function while improving your chanc...es of injury. Spend a little more time balancing out the stabilisers to the gross movers of the body and reap the benefits. Oh yeh - you will look better too.

13.01.2022 The Annupurna marathon is an absolutely brutal event taking place in October, in the Himalayas. The 42.2km race up 3800m high, unstable, steep surfaces, through bitter cold temperatures and challenging altitudes. This incredible human and client of mine Roz @h2omtroz is embarking on this crazy challenge. As if the challenge of the race is not enough, Roz will be competing in it with a previous injury that tore her hamstring off the bone. An injury so painful she couldn’t ru...n for 12 years. Along with @bondifit Who has been delivering the goods on the running program , I have worked with Roz over the past 6 months to the point where she is now running 25km pain free and has completed 3 races over distances up to 11km through the blue mountains and the 14km @city2surf straight after doing a 10km warm up. It’s been a pleasure to be involved and I look forward to the remaining 2 months of training. The motivation for this incredible challenge is to raise money and awareness for a fantastic cause @runningforprems a foundation supporting premature babies and their families. If you can support them in any way that would be AMAZING!!

05.01.2022 Really good exercise to get the CNS (Central Nervous System) up. Götz first come to to see me with a number debilitating issues especially around his low back and shoulder. With those resolved through corrective exercise we can move more into the specific work. In fact , This exercise is great to get those dormant muscles firing in the deep core but progress slowly. ... One of Götz main goals when arriving here from was to learn to and improve his overall. Again - an amazing exercise for obvious reasons. Don’t read Into the bullshit about swissballs or Bosu balls being an inadequate exercise tool. When tilting exercise dominate sports are involved the above tools are paramount.
