01.01.2022 Use baking soda, vinegar and boiling water to unclog a drain At Aaron's Down and Dirty we are all about natural cleaners. Here's a pro tip: Sinks, tubs, drains and disposals are some of the dirtiest places in your home. To properly clear a drain, pour half a cup of baking soda, then half a cup of vinegar. Allow three to five minutes for the drain to bubble before pouring a quart of boiling water down. Repeat the previous steps should the sink remain clogged.
