25.01.2022 New flick mixers installed today at one of our favourite clients workplaces. Easier for the cleaners to tackle in this tricky (Covid) environment.

25.01.2022 When one Rinnai instantaneous isn’t enough

23.01.2022 Gotta love a water leak later in the day The tree root had pushed against the copper pipe and caused a small split So we chopped out the small section and replaced it

21.01.2022 Gday all, its about time we got on board with social media so here we are. Looking forward to keeping you guys up to date with all things plumbing related. Give us a call if we can be of assistance.

20.01.2022 Water leaks with Bpress are a lot easier than the old days trying to solder up the hole

20.01.2022 Always fun changing a valve on a full 20000L rain water tank, both gate valves had failed so I replaced them with a ball valve so it is easier for the customer to use Only lost about 50L of water

20.01.2022 And the great toilet paper depression continues... Even with the oldies risking leaving their houses after their daily Metamucil dose and hitting the supermarkets during packing hours, there remains nil loo paper on the shelves! Now we fully understand that desperate times call for desperate measures and if you do happen to get your hands on some of those supposedly handy flushable wipes then absolutely use those suckers up because the alternative is, quite frankly, unth...inkable, BUT we take this opportunity to remind everyone that baby wipes, paper towel (ouch!!) and even those flushable wipes are not actually flushable. Yep, theyll flush down the toilet, out of sight out of mind, but they dont break down like dunny paper does and will get caught on any imperfection in your pipes and of course thats the start of a blockage. We are of course at the ready to help when this happens and will bring the jetter to blast that mess away, but save yourself the heartache where possible and hunt for the stuff that is actually intended to be flushed. 20.01.2022 Customer was wondering why they had a roof leak. I found that the lead flashing didnt go under the tile above, it finished about 5mm short and the handyman had decided to try to bomb in some silicone. So I cut it out and installed a new one. It has rained a few times since the repair and not a drop of water inside!

17.01.2022 The things you find in pipe. We get a call from a lovely lady saying she thinks that they have a blockage, well they sure did. Safe to say that the kids got busted for this one.

16.01.2022 Using a brand new tight access machine from Hello Hire Equipment Rental on a little stormwater job in Wentworth Falls. I felt bad getting it dirty. 100% recommend contacting Jason at Hello Hire if you need a machine, especially if access could be an issue.

13.01.2022 Out with the old and in with the new. From the standard three point type arrangement of the past to a new super tidy flick mixer and some small stainless caps to plug up those unsightly holes, the difference is amazing. Another happy customer.

12.01.2022 Good bye busted up old solar!! Hello continuous flow! Customer called with no hot water so we investigated and found that the thermostat and element were toast, and it wasnt worth repairing, so we installed a new Rinnai B26, now they are all sorted.

07.01.2022 Todays stormwater job. Customer had a new roof installed recently and a few new down pipes added so we put in a new stormwater system and an ag drain the help with moving the ground water away from the downstairs rooms. A big thanks to Jason at Hello Hire Equipment Rental for the hire of the little Yanmar excavator which worked great for tight access on one side of the house.
