22.01.2022 Hey team Just a reminder classes are still currently on but due to the current issues around covid-19 we are structuring the classes differently to adhere to the governments reccomendations of social distancing. Unfortunately if you do not have your own gloves and shin guards you wont be able to train at this current time as the communal gloves are not the best hygiene practice.... - Please bring a towel - Remember to wash your hands before and after training. - if you are sick please stay home.
