21.01.2022 This is Brandon (11yrs), a year 6 student from Liddiard Road Primary School who is part of the Children's Academy of Model Making. Here he is pictured with his completed model of Kermorvan Lighthouse (France, 1849) that he had been working on each week since the start of the school year. He is now working on another model that will take him through to the end of the year.

12.01.2022 As you all know, Zibby was building the Papegojan. After many, many hours of labour, this is the final result! Not only did this display win the judges award at this years model expo, it is made from one of our own kits that you can purchase! For more photos of this model, visit: http://tiny.cc/Papegojan

11.01.2022 New photo album is up! Have a look at the work done by the students that are part of the Children's Academy of Model Making, and check out how well they've turned out! This shows that with guidance and assistance, there is no reason for young people to not be able to make some of our models, and take a step forward into the world of model making.

09.01.2022 **NEW ALBUM** On October 24, 2014, the Traralgon Men's Shed welcomed Russell North MP and Mary Wooldridge MP. They stepped into our studio, and were delighted with the work that they saw from Abadonna. They were able to see the wonderful work the students from the Children's Academy of Model Making had been working on, as well as the Papegojan model Zibby had completed earlier this year. Unfortunately due to some technical errors, we were unable to capture any photos with Rus...sell. Both Mary and Russell have wished us well in our endeavours, and we are grateful to them for there kind words and support.

09.01.2022 Exciting news! This weekend the team at Abadonna will be heading to Canberra for the Exhibition of Model Ships. We're excited to be introducing new things for the first time in Australia, and look forward to sharing this weekend with our friends and supporters. 06.01.2022 Hello friends, A few days ago we had Frank Morgan, editor of ModelArt Magazine, come into the studio to check out the Children's Academy. He will be putting an article about them in next months issue, so keep an eye out!
