12.01.2022 I thought I would be feeling happy, why do I just feel numb? Feelings can go up and down for mums and dads before birth and after. Please know it is OK t...o not feel OK. But it is important you can talk to someone who cares especially if feeling down or flat is hard to explain. This could be your partner, family, or health professional. They will support you, they will help you. To check the signs of depression visit www.breastfeeding.asn.au/bf-info/pnd #TellSomeoneWhoCares #PANDAWeek2020 #ABAIsHereForYou #ItsOKNotToBeOK
