25.01.2022 There are SO many reasons I LOVE being a celebrant. 1) I legit get to be apart of the happiest days in a couples life! Who wouldnt want to be around all the happiness on a regular basis?! 2) I get to meet some of the most amazing couples and hear the most beautiful stories which is seriously one of the biggest privileges a person could have.... 3) I get to play a special part in the best day of some of my closest friends lives. Tomorrow I am marrying these two lovers in Barwon Heads. I have literally known Dayle her entire life. She is more of a sister to me than just a friend. Knowing that I get to marry her to her Nicholas tomorrow fills my heart with so much love it could burst. This time tomorrow I expect to be drinking champagne and burning up the dance floor whilst we celebrate them being Mr & Mrs

Thomas and Rachel were married in an intimate ceremony overlooking the picturesque water in Mornington and today the incredibly romantic Johnny and Maddie married before their family and friends at Brunswick Food Store where there was not a dry eye in the sight. One being the arrival of my little miracle baby (and future celebrant in training) Evelyn Jennifer Luckman. ... At 12 days of age Evie and I have had many chats about our up and coming weddings which we are SO excited to be preparing for. With the news that Melbourne is finally taking steps in the right direction, ceremony writing and planning is in full swing. 22.01.2022 Tomorrow is going to be a super special day as I get to marry Michael and Beth. I first met the bride as the younger sister of twin boys I hung around with in those awkward teenage years. In an era where hair straighteners didnt exist and boob tubes were all the rage. Jump to 20 or so years later and I remember watching the video Beth posted of Michaels proposal to her and thinking OMG! Beth has grown up and found her man!! (FYI the proposal involved Beth following a path ...of candles to find her man at the end with a ring!! I know right?! It gives you ALL the feels!!!) At the time of watching the proposal I was still studying to be a celebrant and had no idea where getting my license would lead me... and I am SO excited that it lead me to the wedding of Beth and Michael. These two love birds are a match made in heaven. They are super hilarious and so relaxed that you literally wouldnt have guessed that their wedding was in 1 sleep and I LOVE it. This time tomorrow they will have started their new page in the chapter of Mr & Mrs

20.01.2022 Its been a big weekend for this little celebrant. Last night I had the pleasure of overseeing Cath and Cams wedding in Mandurang just outside of Bendigo. There was so much love and happiness there that it was impossible to not get caught up in it all. I have no doubt the celebrations would have carried on well into the wee hours of the morning. Then today it was a drive to Flowerdale Estate to marry to gorgeous Conner and Damian. We could not have asked for a more perfect d...ay. Friends and family from all over the world joined in for the celebration of their nuptials. Such a great atmosphere and such a beautiful setting. Ben and Alice exchanged their highly entertaining and heartwarming vows in front of their closest family and friends on a family property in Somers. While I wait for the words to come, please do yourself a favor and buy a copy of today’s Herald Sun to read of the magical wedding we were able to pull together at St V’s for this beautiful couple during the strict COVID lockdown. Sarah’s story is a reminder to all that life can be brutally short, it reminds us to always live in the moment and also serves as a very big reminder that no one is too young to get bowel cancer so make sure you listen to your bodies!
