23.01.2022 Oh 2019... What a year you were. A crazy, exciting and hectic one at that! I married my best friend @jcelliott3006. Tried my hand at being a chef @forkandspoonsyd. Met some of my food idols @nigellalawson. Did my own live tv cooking segment @studio10au.... Competed on @masterchefau Season 11. Hosted my own cooking class at @barillaaus. 09.01.2022 Decided to support one of our normally restaurant only food suppliers, @twoprovidores today. As more and more cafes and restaurants are sadly forced to close their doors, the Australian food suppliers that regularly supply those venues are now beginning to suffer too. . #twoprovidores in Marrickville have now opened their once wholesale only business to the public. The public now has access to bulk and gourmet foods that previously only chefs could get their hands on. . No ...flour, canned toms and pasta at the shopping centres?? No problems as Two Providores has plenty for everyone. Yes, you may find yourself buying a 4kg tin of tomatoes or a 12.5kg of bakers flour like I did but it means you can share with the family, get into baking sourdough and make bulk freezer meals without wiping out the supermarket shelves.
