25.01.2022 WODONGA LADIES! I will be renting a space in Border Lux Lash as of next Tues 4th Aug! Generally my hours will be 10am-6pm but I may make an exception for my regulars who work later. I have very limited space to work in so I will only be taking what I need over each week to use. This means all designs will need to be sent to me prior so I can get the correct colours etc Please PM to book it will be on a first in best dressed basis. Next Tues is already fully booked.

23.01.2022 My heart goes out to all my Victorian beauty and nail friends. This is so hard and I actually think it's really unfair and un-realistic for us to have 2 weeks of no cases in VIC before allowed to open. All of this not until at least 23rd November. Another 11 weeks away Hang in there! And please everyone do the right thing so we can get back to it as early as possibly allowed!!

20.01.2022 Just letting you all know I am changing booking systems as I wasn't happy with the previous one. This new one works in with my EFTPOS and will send you a text msg update for all appointments, including when you book, re-scheduling and cancellation. As well as a confirmation msg 48 hours prior to your appt to let me know your definitely coming and a reminder msg 24 hours beforehand. Only downside is I have to manually enter hundreds of clients details and appointments I have in my other booking system, by hand. So if you have an appt booked you will be receiving a txt MSG over the weekend when I have transferred your appt over!

19.01.2022 Hey Ladies! So I've had a few people approach me lately and ask if I teach nails and nail art? Gauging interest to see if it would be something worth me doing.. To learn the Vogue Nail System I use you would need to have a minimum Cert 3 in Beauty Services or Nail Technology. There are too many un-qualified people in our industry already so a knowledge and understanding of the basic nail structures, disorders and diseases and how they are caused, infection control and hygiene... practices is needed. I am happy to teach home users shellac application and nail art but not an extension service such as Vogue. If this is something you'd be interested in then please let me know. *Please note this would not be a 'qualification' in nails, just a hands on, fully supervised and mentored course on how to apply this method of nails which is majorly trending in our industry at the moment.

15.01.2022 **IMPORTANT PLEASE READ** I will be implementing a new booking system which requires a credit/debit card to confirm your appt from now on as already my 1st day back I've missed out on a 2 hour appt which I could have given to someone else. I've put up with alot of no-shows, people constantly re-scheduling and late cancellations etc and this is something I should have done a long time ago. There will be a few for late cancellations and no shows This is my only income, how I p...ut food on the table so please respect my time as I respect you yours. A few rules while we are still battling Covid 19 * If you arrive early please do not come into the salon until you can see my last client has left and I've had a chance to disinfect my table. I will message you when it's ok to come in. *There is sanitizer at the front door, please use it before touching the door handle and then proceed into the bathroom to wash hands. 05.01.2022 Just some friendly reminders - I am very busy and only allocate the amount of time it takes me to do your nails so please take this into account. Currently 3 weeks booked in advance and am turning people away everyday for appointments so please respect my time as I respect yours. *If you are late, please be prepared I may not be able to do a complex set on you as it will have cut into the time I've allocated for you *If you are more than 15 mins late for your appt it will hav...e to be re-scheduled *Please have a design/colour chosen before you arrive, preferably a couple encase I can't do the 1st one. Or better yet send it through to me prior to your appt and check with me first. *Please try and let me know if you are going to be late/not make it. If you no-show to an appt more than once I will charge you a no-show fee (half of the appt cost) and a deposit for the next appt before I allow you to re-book. *If it's your first time coming to me please tell me you if you have something on your nails already when booking an appt, so I can allow enough time to remove them or you can have them removed before coming to me. I've lost so much business lately as people are coming to me with exisiting nails on and I've only booked enough time for a new set so am having to turn these people away because it then puts my whole day behind. Also please remember we are still in a pandemic so come alone to your appt unless it's absolutely necessary. And sanitise hands upon arrival! Thankyou
