25.01.2022 We are hoping to welcome you all in the coming weeks for our grand opening! We have been working hard to get measures in place to ensure our business is running with utmost professionalism. We are also fully insured so you can enjoy your time here and not worry. With the COVID restrictions in place and our team of horses only small at this stage, large groups cannot be catered for if you are interested in individual riding. As our teams builds in the near future this will cha...nge. Activities will include: - Private 1 on 1 horse riding lessons on weekdays and weekends including after school sessions. - Small group lessons of up to 3 people - 1 hour trail rides for up to 4 people - Pony Rides/Walk for under 5s or anyone at any age who isn't quite ready to ride unaided. - Team Building exercises - Petting Zoo for the littlies including our famous friendly steer, Turbo! - "Meet, Greet and Groom" for those who aren't up for the ride but would like to still enjoy the gentleness of the horse. We as a family have been working tirelessly to make our dream into a reality and although it will be a long road to get there, we will strive to make your experience here a very memorable one. 24.01.2022 Last week we conducted our first ever School Holiday Day Camps, and what a great week we had! Four jammed packed days of horses! We had so much fun watching everyone improve not only their riding skills, but also their teamwork skills whilst making some new friends. We would like to thank all of our students for their continued support, without you days like this wouldn't be possible! A huge shoutout to Leanne at Glenreagh General Store for catering for us for the week; You m...ade our job so much easier! We would also like to thank our staff and our extra handlers, Dale, Sean, Charli and Logan for their help during the week. Last but certainly not least, we want to thank our beautiful herd of horses for being the most wonderful (and patient ;) ) souls for the week. We've all worked so hard to get here and we are still so grateful and overwhelmed with how our dreams are becoming reality. Today, we share Day 1 - Group 1 photos. We will be uploading the other days into their own albums during the week. Feel free to share and save photos. I think we will print our favourites out and put then up in the office. :)

24.01.2022 Two young ladies having their first horse rides this weekend. Little Etta enjoyed her pony walk on Yoghurt, wanting "more more" everytime we asked if that was enough! Of course she picked the pink helmet to wear for her ride. Young Jenna was nervous about her first time on a horse but by the end of her 1 hour lesson she even had a try at trotting. It may have rained the entire time but that couldn't wipe that smile of her face! Our golden oldie, Red looked after her beautiful...ly as always. We are available for private 1 hour lessons for both adults and children. Available anytime including weekends or after school. At the moment we are also taking expressions of interest in group lessons so that we can form a weekend kids club with maximum of 5 children at the moment.

24.01.2022 Happy Halloween from Abbotsford Park! We had a super busy day yesterday, with numerous big group lessons and finished the day off with dressing up and riding the horses down the streets of Glenreagh to trick or treat! Kaylee took Billy down and dressed as Pennywise the clown! ... Charli took her horse Dasha down and dressed as a Devil! Logan took Max down and dressed as a pirate skeleton! The horses were amazingly well behaved! They really enjoyed meeting all the creatures out trick or treating and weren't bothered by the decorations at all. Were are so lucky that we can enjoy this type of fun with our beautiful horses! We would also like to make note that Billy and Max are off the track thoroughbreds and handled themselves with utmost confidence and professionalism Off The Track NSW #lifeafterracing

24.01.2022 We are excited to show you all our 2 beautiful new ponies, Candy (black and white) and Pepper (Brown and white) They arrived today, so we will give them a few days to settle in before getting them ready to ride!

24.01.2022 Expressions of Interest for our Kids Club (for next term) and our School Holiday Day Camps WILL CLOSE AUGUST 16TH. This is to confirm we have correct numbers and can separate riders into groups of similar ages and rider abilities. Once numbers are finalised we will then be in contact with those who have secured a spot to establish days and times to suit. For more information on our Kids Club or our Day Camp please message us or call us on 0421854354.

23.01.2022 School Holiday Full Day Camp numbers have been finalised and we have separated everyone into four groups based on age and riding ability. The days will begin at 9 am and finish at 4 pm. Parents are welcome to drop off/pick up or stay for the day and be apart of the activities. Dates and groups will be as followed: Monday September 28th - Group 1... Tuesday September 29th - Group 3 Thursday October 1st - Group 2 Friday October 2nd - Group 4 Feel free to message us or call us to see which group your child is in. The groups will also be up in our office for you to check when you come for your next lesson leading up to the camps. Programs for the day will also be up in the office. Payment is welcome in advance, in increments and also on the day. As we only have a small team of horses, we wont be conducting any other lessons, trail rides or pony walks during the days that the camps are held on. We will also be keeping rides to a minimum on Wednesday 30th September to give our horses a break during the holiday camps.

19.01.2022 Wowser, what a weekend! We have had so much fun over the last two days! Cathy is enjoying taking it in turns each week with her daughter for lessons. She's loving being back on the horse after all this time off. Charli and Naomi were learning to lunge whilst Charli found a new favourite in Peppa. Asha also found a new favourite in Monkey for her lesson today.... Max had the pamper of a lifetime by Naomi getting his mane and tail braided after a lengthy brush. All the horses enjoyed a few carrots after their lessons thanks to a local community charity worker who thought our beautiful horses would enjoy 20kg of carrots to share between them! Jenna had her first trot over a jump! And Isla also had her first attempt at a trot! So many goals achieved this weekend. We are extremely proud of all our students and how far they have all come since day 1! We are super excited for our full day camps over the holidays and are looking forward to achieving a few more goals together! Group lists are now up in the office! Happy Riding!

18.01.2022 Its been a bit of a wet week here with storms over the long weekend, over 70ml falling just yesterday and its still raining this morning! The wet weather hasnt stopped the horses from enjoying themselves though. Theyre all so muddy! Fingers crossed the weather clears for this weekends rides!

17.01.2022 Yay! Our first stable now has a door! Still needs a nice coat of lacquer, and the stable walls still need their dividers but for the mean time its actually usable as is which is exciting! 16.01.2022 Jake (who is completely deaf) had his very first riding lesson today with Kurt. He did fantastically, picking it up right away like a real natural! He really enjoyed doing some balancing exercises and the zig zag poles. Our golden oldie Red, looked after him as he always does! We are so thankful that Kurt has enough signing ability to be able to communicate with Jake so we can conduct these types of lessons and ensure no one misses out on experiencing the joy that horses can bring!

07.01.2022 With school holidays finished, that wraps up our first month of business. We have been overwhelmed by the support and are beyond grateful for how busy we have been in our first month! We would like to express our sincere gratitude to each and every one of you who has had a lesson, pony walk or a trail ride (especially our returning regulars!) You have all made our hearts so full of joy and we are so excited to see where are future leads us all Very exciting things ahead for ...the next few months. Construction on our Olympic size arena has begun today and our website is also under construction. 06.01.2022 With Christmas just around the corner, We have now opened our Expressions of Interest for Day Camps during the school break. We will set dates once we have numbers, but rest assured this time they will run twice weekly through the Christmas break, so no one misses out! ** Due to overwhelming interest (thank you for your support), we have no yet been able to get our Kids Club up and running. We are working on our program and will have it ready to go ahead next year once school... returns. :) We are also excited to announce that Abbotsford Park merchandise is now available to order! 05.01.2022 Merry Christmas from all of us at Abbotsford Park! Our horses enjoyed getting into their Christmas Spirit today (except the ponies, they were all too cool for that! haha). Big thanks to everyone who popped in yesterday and brought with them their Christmas cheer! Was lovely to get back out on the trails and spend some time with some lovely people :) What a year we have had! Thank you so much to all of our clients, we could not have done it without the massive support we've h...ad from you all. We're looking forward to what next year brings! 03.01.2022 We would like to send a big thank you to Bradley Mcpherson for his huge contribution in the progress of our spelling paddocks. Without his machinery and expert skills we wouldn't have been able to clean out so many trees and clean up the paddocks. All that's left to do is mill the trees into some rails, so we can build our fences, sow in some grass seed and let nature do it's thing! We don't have many before pictures, and these pictures don't do the area any justice, but for anyone who has driven past, I'm sure you've noticed a big difference! We sure have!

02.01.2022 Horse Day Camp reservations will be closed in 2 weeks on 27th November. We have approx. 10 spots left, so get in quick as they're filling up fast! Students will be divided into small groups of similar ages and abilities and then a date allocated for that group. If you are going away during the holidays, please let us know so we can make sure you’re put in a group that won’t run while you’re away. We will be running three (or four) camp days during December and four during Jan...uary. Dates will be announced after numbers are finalised. Happy Riding! :)

02.01.2022 Last weekend we conducted our very first private lesson here at Abbotsford Park. This is Cooper (10 years old) riding our golden oldie, Red. This is Coopers 4th ever riding lesson. He has had 2 previous sessions with us earlier in the year. Practicing some steering and some stopping skills after some balance work on the lunge.

01.01.2022 Our Office is open for business! You can find it down in the big barn. We have helmets, complimentary tea and coffee and lots of hand sanitiser! Unfortunately our road signage wasn't ready for the big day today but we are definetly open. Just turn left at Cemetery Road and we are the first property you see on your right. Follow the driveway right down to the big barn! Don't forget, bookings are essential!
