23.01.2022 Hi all. I’m operating all services but organised appointment times so as not too many people in salon at one time. All chemical services are available, just keeping it to two people in salon at one time. Limited ‘walk in’ appointments as I want to oversee the overall health of my clients in salon. I’d prefer you ring and book for an appointment in these times.

20.01.2022 I am still open...... Due to our Prime Minister's announcement last night, I have rearranged the salon to meet our new legislation and health advice so I can still supply my services to the community and keep you feeling good! There are now only two stations, one active basin and one waiting chair. As per usual, sanitisation is of the upmost importance and done after every client finishes in a chair - station, basin or waiting chair. For those of you still wishing to have yo...ur hair coloured, I can offer two options. Firstly, you can have your hair cut and I can apply your colour. You rinse your colour at home. Secondly, we make two appointments on different days. I cut your hair on Friday, we apply colour on Saturday. Please keep in mind that most colours require at least 20-30 minutes processing time. Depending on your length and thickness as to whether this service can still be done. Obviously half and full head of foils will no longer be available, as are perms, chemical straightening and keratin smoothing services. We move into very different times and I will be open until ScoMo tells me to shut my doors! I thank the community for their support and hope that our relationship continues after Covid 19 has left us all alone! If you need a hair cut and are in isolation, I can adjust my salon to ensure your safety too. Thank you to everyone and please stay safe. My thoughts are also with many of my fellow industry colleagues who have already been shut down and those who have forcibly lost their jobs. I wish them well and the quick recovery of this pandemic we are experiencing so we can hopefully return to somewhat normality. 06.01.2022 For those wishing to have their hair beautified before Christmas, book it now! I myself am fully booked next week from Tuesday to Saturday - I have Lea available by my side for the week also with limited times available, so this week is your week to book and pretty up, avoiding the stress before Santa visits! Reminder - the salon is closed after business on Saturday the 21st of December and re opens Tuesday the 7th of January, 2020. We look forward to seeing you next year!

Abbott St Hair takes the pandemic of Corona Virus very seriously and recognises the responsibility to limit the transference of the disease to customers and myself and family. Every precautionary action is taken and sterilisation of equipment and furniture as per Australian Health guidelines are practiced, as was prior to the virus. As per Australian Health guidelines, Abbott St Hair advises any customers who are feeling unwell, have flu-like symptoms in...cluding children, or customers who have traveled overseas within the last 21 days do not enter the salon requiring products or services. If you are sick from work or school, please respect my preference for you not to attend the salon, in consideration of other clients. My salon is also my income - if I get sick there's no salon open, nor do I want to risk the transfer of infection to my family. For the protection of all my clients, the salon may refuse service to anyone showing these symptoms or having previous knowledge of your travel. I hope all of my current and future clients understand where I am coming from at this point in time and uncertain circumstances, and I look forward to continuing to provide services as per usual!
