24.01.2022 New tax introduced by Miss Julia Gillard: For those who already have issues with paying tax, please note that you have now a new tax to deal with and it is called National Disability Scheme Tax. The Prime Minister has bad news for you which some say it is another broken promise - she has announced a new tax.... As expected, the Medicare levy is going up from 1.5% to 2%. In general on average wages, a worker on $70,000 pays an extra $1 a day - $325 a year.

21.01.2022 201314 Commonwealth Budget, This year's budget has a few nasty surprises such as abolishing baby bonus, increase in Medicare Levy and cuts in government spending.
