20.01.2022 And just as I explained a lumbar disc bulge it hit me...I haven’t posted on Instagram since April 21st! . First of all, I’m sorry in the midst of everything happening, I started a Facebook community to keep my patients on track while everyone was isolated at home and I totally forgot about Instagram . The truth is I’m actually not very good at Instagram, in fact I only got myself a personal Instagram this year...... . On top of this, the practice had a ton of people coming in very broken because of poor work at home ergonomics, a lack of exercise and some other stresses on their bodies . I’m REALLY excited gyms are opening again, moving your body is key for maintaining a healthy spine and preventing injury .
