25.01.2022 Wow, what an enlightening breakfast event last week! My perspective shifted listening to Brian Grimes talk about the challenges of running an independent school and where he sees the future of education. It got me to thinking about how rarely I send positive feedback to the school, and how remiss I am to give appreciation to people in general, and I would like to suggest that we all need to let those people who are making a positive impact on our life or our childrens' lives that they are doing a great job and that we appreciate their efforts. I'm thinking of starting a "Pat on the Back" movement.... What are your thoughts?

19.01.2022 It's not too late to rsvp for our breakfast tomorrow with Moyra Major from Hot Tomato. It will be fun and informative and I know everyone who comes will benefit in some way - in my experience of networking there's always a surprise. It might be a conversation with someone that shifts your thinking or an insight from a presenter that you can apply in your own situation. All the best stuff in life happens outside your comfort zone - it's true!
