23.01.2022 The fires around the country have been devastating both for humans and animals alike, to lose over a billion animals is unheard off so we are going to try and raise as much money as we can to help the people and animals on Kangaroo island to try to get back to normal life. On Saturday the 25th of January we will have a falafel and homous fund raiser where you can get a 10 pack falafel and small homous for $10.00 at Jagger fine foods in the central markets and 100% of the proceeds will be going to the kangaroo island bushfire fund , we will also be doing some more with some or our other wholesale customers around Adelaide . 23.01.2022 Our old place on 77 prospect rd is now called Northern Charcoal grill , charcoal Yiros lamb and chicken , salads , chips , and lots more , we will have our falafels and homous in there after the 6th of January and will be posting lots of specials, you can also get our 200 gram containers of fresh baklava from him as well, try it out.
21.01.2022 Just finished half of tomorrows home delivery and wholesale orders , I only make to order so that way it guarantees freshness. Order by Tuesday of every week and you will have it by Thursday or Friday depending on how busy I am . $25 a kilo delivered to you door in the metro area .

18.01.2022 We are slowly starting to get a following for our baklava and the reason it is starting to do well is because In our baklava we only use the best ingredients, we only use real walnuts and we do not substitute them with peanuts , we use the best animal ghee and thats where the real buttery crunchy flavour comes from and we make our own sugar syrup , and when we deliver them you can taste how fresh they are and havent been sitting on a shelf for weeks , when you use the best ingredients you end up with the best product.

11.01.2022 After 12 years of setting up this business and working really really long hours and at times too exhausted to get up some days after working the whole night through , been through 3 premises and the central market retail store and dealt with thousands of customers , wholesale and retail you would think it is time to take a long rest. 10.01.2022 Hello , today is our last day at our prospect store , while it has been fun it wasnt what we wanted out of the space that we were in so we have acquired a bigger factory outlet at Newton . So from next week we will be operating from there and we will have a dedicated place for pick ups in the next few weeks , keep an eye on here for the new address when we finish setting up and what you will be able to pick up. 09.01.2022 Hello everyone , Our last day of cooking will be on Monday the 23rd of December and will be closing down production until I come back from holidays on the 6th of January 2020. It has been a long and eventful year and looking forward to another great one next year inshallah , we have a great new concept for our baklava and sweets part of the business and cant wait to launch it so look out for it next year .
