20.01.2022 We are back into riding horses this week, after some time getting things sorted. I want to take the time to introduce and thank these three for the countless hours they have put in over the past couple of months. L-R Poppy Johnson - Pretty comparable to the great Docs Spinifex, abit worn out in the knees, but is still talented and has plenty of try, plenty of look and move in his day and has forgotten more than most people have learnt, definitely a consistent producer of fe...males. Around the Big Bend he is the handy man and a perfectionist to say the least. Pa Graham - Abit of a flashy Metallic Cat type character (the only man I know who wears a pink shirt) and still works harder than most of the young studs about. Big Mert- In a similar spot in his career to Metallic Rebel; proven in the show pen himself and had the same quality of mare to breed as his sire, but whether he breeds on as a sire of sires the future will tell with neither of his sons having any registered offspring. He is certainly the one that roars and squeals around the barn. All jokes aside I wouldn’t be able to do what I do without their support and I feel very lucky to have them by my side putting this all together.

17.01.2022 As we come to the end of another productive week of isolation, we have been busy working two year olds. Here is Bet Hes Blue Boon sold at the Nutrien Classic to Velvet Quarter Horse Ranch. We are grateful to have him back in training for the 2021 NCHA Futurity. Bet Hesa Blue Boon is headed home to Sydney this weekend for a well earned spell and some promotional photos. 17.01.2022 I am looking forward to moving back to Rockhampton next week to see this for myself and start working horses at the Big Bend. Thanks ABC Sheds for a job well done! Brilliant customer service, very competitive pricing (even with transport from Young, NSW) and completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them if anyone is looking for an arena or equine facilities.
