25.01.2022 We had a great weekend with the Safe Game Meat Harvest Program Launch. Massive thanks to the DPI Game Licencing Unit for putting together an excellent program. Thank you to everyone that attended, with over 130 people turning up for the launch we were at capacity. We hope you all took something away from this program. 25.01.2022 Further to our post from this morning We are currently 53km away from the fire front out the back of Oakdale. As you can see from the pictures we have ash raining down even the charred remains of leaves. It serves as a reminder of how far embers can travel. Also the mammoth job all emergency service have to keep us safe not only on the fire front but also tracking embers and putting out spot fires. Please take note of fire warnings, fire bans and be safe and responsible.
