24.01.2022 I’m saddened to say we have decided at this point in time to cancel this year’s Classic unless everything soon settles down ( which doesn’t look likely) and our club outings will also be postponed. I know everyone will understand as we have to adhere to government regulations for everyone’s health , safety and well-being. So please stay safe everyone and we all look forward to catching up, hooking up (to fish )and tightening our lines once the world returns to normal. Thank-You Garry

22.01.2022 Dates for Outings Please book your own accomodation. More information will come out closer to each outing but a good idea to book accomodation at Copeton ASAP. Split Rock. Wed 15th, Thursday 16th April... Copeton July 9, 10, 11, 12 Swansea Gardens Caravan Park June 19, 20, 21 Harrington September 10, 11, 12, 13 (we will try and book Petes house again) October Long weekend Glenbawn Classic Once the Ski Club is sorted will look at organising a few Glenbawn events. If you have another venue at another time that you want to organise let everyone know, hopefully someone is keen and the more the merrier!

As a proud member of our fantastic club and our beautiful community I would like to ask if you can please support our local businesses where you can and if anyone or anybody you know needs support in anyway , small communities like ours step up no matter what. It may be as simple as a coffee and chat or as we all know there are countless people ...who have unfortunately lost their livelihoods due to this mungrel virus. 17.01.2022 Saturday 20th June looking at having a night at lake St Clair. Camp on the top flat near the tiolets and BBQ. Make sure you ring and book with Lake St Clair management. Gazza and Pricey will bring the wood. Will organise some bread and meat for dinner (BBQ). Aberdeen Fishing and Outdoors will provide some type of prize for the best angler/ fish/ dumbest thing done for the weekend., Put your names down for catering on the Saturday night. Come and have a beer and a laugh around the fire.

12.01.2022 Hi everyone I hope you’re all safe and well. If you are not aware all water nsw dams are closed due to covid 19. I have been hearing that people are of the belief that boat harbour is not affected! Boat Harbour is closed and has signage in place stating so , and in the interest of our clubs lease our lock will be changed and no keys will be available until we can access again. 09.01.2022 Attention guests, Following the media statement issued by Prime Minister on the 24th of March, the Park will be closed as of midnight tonight (25th March). In l...ight of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments and as a result of the decision on public gatherings, the Park will be closed until further notice as part of our efforts to ensure the continued health and safety of our visitors, staff and community. As soon as we are all-clear to reopen, you’ll be the first to know! The good news is we have not received any information to indicate that an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 has visited the Park. For now, the best advice is to follow some simple steps to help slow the spread of the virus and to reduce the risk of infection.
