19.01.2022 Client Information regarding COVID-19 Here at the Aberdeen Veterinary Clinic we are committed to protecting our staff & clients while still offering our FULL veterinary services at this stage. The Australian Veterinary Association has placed a proposal to the Australian government for veterinary clinics to be considered an essential service and are awaiting a response. ... Until told otherwise we will be working as normal. However we have had to put some protocols into place in line with government guidelines. These are as follows- - to limit the number of people in the clinic at any one time we ask that only ONE person per patient to attend the appointment. -on arrival, if busy, we may ask you to wait outside, in your car, or in another consult room until such time the vet is ready to take your appointment. This is to reduce the numbers in the clinic at any one time & respect social distancing. -please call & pre-order all medications, foods, flea & worming products. We encourage these to be pre paid for over the ph to limit contact with our eftops machine. - please use hand sanitizer provided on front desk on arrival & departure Our clinic staff are actively wiping surfaces such as chairs, tables, door handles, phones, egotism machine, keyboards, light switches ect. We will keep you informed as further information come to us.
