21.01.2022 Why do aim for better? It’s not just about the weight loss or the muscle growth, but the new wellness lifestyle I’ve gained. My aim in 2019 was to lose the belly and gain muscle mass from 63kgs to 70kgs by the end of the year. I haven’t reached that goal. However, I am happy with the results so far and I know it’s a matter of adjusting my timeline. Before the end of 2020, I shall reach my goal! Watch this space!

With my perceived energy that coffee gave me, I would drink two or three cups a day and even more when seeing clients! Melbourne coffee is just the best in the world. How could I possibly give it up? Fast forward to today, this drink is now my daily cup. (No grinding needed) Gives me not only energy and alertness throughout the day but improves my metabolism and cognition. No more coffee craving . Nada. Zilch. Is it time to put my Nespresso machine away?

17.01.2022 Post-work out Breakfast! - Simple to make yet complex for the body you want to achieve! Yes! It looks simple and basic. But nothing basic about these super foods. I eat complex carbs and "good fats" - eggs and avos are super foods rich in fats to help you lose that belly fat! So after my whey protein shake (one of the highest content and quality protein in the market), I can't go without my eggs and avos. I have a scrambled egg recipe so they taste good too!

I baked a keto coconut bread which turned out really yummy And as part of my daily routine, I always supplement my main meals with the magic shake to prevent insulin spike and balance cholesterol levels - so basically it helps to use the fats as my source of fuel or energy!... 10.01.2022 Good morning world! I just want to share my progress so far. It helps me keep going. There were many hard days. But I just remind myself that if I keep going, those hard days get easier. ... The past week, my muscles ached. It takes longer for an old fart like me for muscles to heal. But I just kept going. I have supplements to help me. Without having found them, it would have been impossible. So happy to share this with you.

Until I decided it was enough and I created the possibility of wellness and health. My pains and aches now have been substituted to those of growth. I love my pains and aches now. They remind me that I am growing, getting better. I am thankful for these supplements, I am stronger each day with them.
