21.01.2022 If you haven’t already get around this blokes YouTube and week day podcast mood prep!!! Dave Nixon is an absolute legend, and has helped me a lot the last couple months after spending a week with him. The podcasts only run for about 10min so perfect for your daily drive to work or home. I make the time everyday to listen in and it has had a huge positive impact on me!

There is so much going on in the way of SM and online c...hallenges at the moment raising awareness for mental health and associated health conditions. Good, bad or otherwise this is what F2F is offering you. F2F would like you to know that two of the biggest contributors to mental health are: 1) Proper and Improved Nutrition 2) Increased / Increasing Physical Activity In our world as people in the industry these are no brainers, don't get us wrong we love a few treats and short cuts like anyone. But we also know that some people struggle more than others in lifestyle habits. On the average as fitness and health professionals we value and believe in the potential and ability of our bodies and we choose to live well through them as vehicles that serve us in this life. We want more of that for you and Tamworth as a city. In the ramp back up out of the Coronavirus slump we are inviting you to take yourself on. No challenges, make or breaks or hollow promises just you deciding that on the average you will be better in a few areas that you know you can improve on / in. F2F is simply asking you to care for yourself, that's it. Feel better and clearer mentally, promising yourself that you will be your best as often as possible in those areas that you have decided you need to improve in / on. We know mental and emotional health are a very real thing so how are you helping that within yourself? Eat better Cut the treats and sugars even just a little Drinking one less wine or beer a night Will you decide to walk the block twice instead of once? Whatever the start point one thing we are all blessed with is choice. It may not always feel like it and there's no doubting that and life can def jump up and bite us but there is choice in how we frame all of it. So comment or DM us at F2F for free advice...... What's one thing you'd like to improve on to help with overall wellbeing (mental / physical health) and let us help out with a few ideas.. No catches No agendas... This town just needs to get moving again and we want to help out where we can

Total Australian Gallipoli deaths 8141 Pairs effort: * Ski Erg - 8.141km relay (broken up however the pair wants) * Every 2km = 25 x FR Squats, 25x KB Swings, 25 x Push Press, 25 x Burpees (25 x reps 4 x movements/sets) *RULE* EVERY rep must be completed as a team, person 1 cannot finish a rep without person 2!!!

07.01.2022 Lifes busy we get that, we're a Mum & Dad of three kids under 6, to say that we literally battle to fit it in is an understatement. The one thing we have defini...tely learnt is that somewhere in it all there's YOU & we also know through experience if your not running right neither is your life & the people in it. What f2f has done for people is nothing short of amazing in many areas but the one we are proudest of is people reclaiming & finding their space & individual importance in all of it.
