16.01.2022 Day 1 of 30 again! I started a 30 day everyday yoga challenge a couple weeks ago and then got a decent head cold which threw me out for a solid week so I have kick started again today. So here goes take two at very, very beginner yoga!
16.01.2022 Messy messy but progress! I don't have overly ambitious goals with these. The best I've ever got is 8! Definitely not my strongest exercise. Setting my sights on 5 for now through.
16.01.2022 One of the goals I set for myself this year was to spend a little more time getting bendy as I'm currently little more flexible then a broomstick! Prior to committing to any classes in a studio I thought I would try my hand at committing myself to 30 days of at least 15 minutes of Yoga at home. I downloaded the Yoga Studio app to guide me through. Day 2 down.
13.01.2022 Today's finisher. 500m row, 500m run, 500 bike
11.01.2022 A day for working on strengths and weaknesses! Strengths being deadlifts, weaknesses being running distance (give me sprints anyday). So training goal at the moment is increasing 1 rep max across a number of lifts and putting my mind to running at least 5km. Workout today: 2km run, deadlifts - 2 x 10 @ 60kg, 3 x 8 @ 80kg, 3 x 3 @ 90kg, 2 x 2 @ 100kg.

09.01.2022 Those deadlift facials. 5 x 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105 followed by 3 x 5 @ 90.
09.01.2022 A session from this morning! I generally like to join in on the sessions with this girl. She literally never gives up no matter what I throw at her but unfortunately I'm still getting over a pretty fun head cold so I chose to direct from the furthest possible point.

07.01.2022 Today's workout. Dead lift 5 x 5 @70kg ::: 3 x 3 @80kg, 5 box jumps, 20 skips ::: 3 x 5 @ 40kg front squats, 3x 5 box jumps ::: 3 x 8 banded chin ups! Always things to work on.
