25.01.2022 I'm very passionate when I hear my fellow professionals talk about paying claims and being there for clients. Our industry is built on paying claims and supporting clients. The Royal Commision was a focus on only historic misconduct and highlighting that. The stories I see in this footage to me represent my industry colleges approach to paying claims.
