20.01.2022 One of our recent guests would like to share her experience at Abide Wellness Retreat. My time at Abide was exactly what I needed! After neglecting myself and grappling with an addiction for seven years, and being a first time mum at the same time, my energy levels, self confidence, and overall health was at an all time low. My gut health in particular. I needed help! I needed guidance. And that's exactly what I received at Abide! That and more! I was nurtured and encouraged.... Healing with glorious juices and food and love. I was also informed, of better food choices, better health choices! All the staff were caring and supportive of anything I needed, I couldn't have been happier with them all and afterwards I felt mentally and physically capable of giving myself all the things I needed to continue to live a life of vitality! The detox and wellness program helped to recharge my batteries. I was experiencing burnout from work and had put on weight over the last year. I didn’t have the willpower to change my eating habits.... The kickstart program was the ideal solution. Over the last week I’ve been able to detoxify my body while enjoying a massage each day to help the process.
