22.01.2022 MALE APPLICANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!!! We are seeking applications for dynamic support workers in and around Cairns. We currently are particularly seeking expressions from applicants, male applicatnts are highly encouraged to apply, from all backgrounds to support clients seeking to build capacity with life skills.... Applicants will need to have a * Police Criminal Check, * Driver's Licence, * Ability to gain a Blue Card and a Yellow Card. Applicants will also need to have or be able to attain a First Aid Certificate. If applicants do not currently have a Certificate 3 in Individual Support, we are happy to organise this. 21.01.2022 The music room is equipped with drums, electric guitars, acoustic guitars, keyboards and a karaoke machine. Our music teacher is able to support our clients with learning new instruments. Clients also have the ability to simply chill and listen to the vast array of vinyl records and CDs.

20.01.2022 The home theatre room is provided to provide an opportunity for clients to watch set movies then participate in active discussion relating to the movie in a social setting. There are also gaming consoles available to support hand/eye co-ordination, social skills and turn taking processes.

19.01.2022 Our classroom is available for support with language, literacy and numeracy skills in alignment with life skills. Our programs are run on a differentiated basis according to individual needs, in small groups.

19.01.2022 The art studio has been set up to provide access to a variety of different arts and crafts. These include painting, sketching. drawing, construction, colouring plus much more.
