04.01.2022 Not sure if I'm the only one who has done this since childhood, but left over brown and white basmati rice lends itself quite easily to a rather fast rice pudding. The method is quite simple. Warm rice in a saucepan with almond milk, chopped dates and maple syrup. Serve with thinly sliced apples and roasted nuts. Yum yum!
