17.01.2022 Open plan living was achieved during this renovation. A lot of walls came down but the pictures speak for themselves. It was a great success.

16.01.2022 Do you have an area in your home that needs attention? Think outside the box and create something nice on a budget. This old paved area needed help but the budget wouldn't allow for it to be redone. The worst of the pavers were dug up and given away. I laid soil and some grass. It was hard work but it looks great.

15.01.2022 The outside was very dark the green mesh had to go. The pool was fixed too. I love this space.

12.01.2022 3 weeks ago I got the keys to the worst house on the best street. Wow, 24 cubic meters of rubbish was under the house, around the garden and in the ceiling. Speaking of...in the ceiling was the biggest old wooden ladder I have ever seen and a rake .. for when you feel the need to rake up there. A for effort getting them up there.. the house is pretty much painted and dressed inside. This house was always going to be about the outdoors. Hope to have it back on the market in 3 weeks.

12.01.2022 In this renovation I turned the existing tiny kitchen into an ensuite and a lounge room into a master bedroom. Add a wall move a door.. Easy !!!

09.01.2022 Bedroom 1 done. The fluro yellow walls and the old carpet had to go. Love this wall colour is called Secret passage. It's one of my favourites. More to come soon.

04.01.2022 The kitchen was dark and gloomy. We closed up a door and replaced 2 windows with a sliding door and a servery window. The new master and ensuite was a partial movie room.

03.01.2022 This tired old front facade had an almighty make over, everything was transformed.

03.01.2022 Bedroom 1 done. The fluro yellow walls and old carpet had to go. The floor boards were not polished so they are now white. Love the wall colour it's one of my favourites. More to come soon.

02.01.2022 First time of completing a bathroom with a double shower waterfall. I love it. There's no need for a shower screen either.

02.01.2022 Long weekend project. Almost complete. Just need some scaffolding and then to paint.

02.01.2022 Bathroom reno. This bathroom had a cosmetic reno in 2012. Which included painting the existing wall tiles, new shower screen & new tiles on the floor. The owners wanted a bigger bath so it's demo time and start from scratch. We moved 2 existing linen cupboards to make room for a bigger shower, vanity and bath. We are half way through.. Will keep adding progress photos as we go.
