17.01.2022 Keep the responsible lending laws. So borrowers don't take out home loans they can't afford. Currently, lenders & mortgage brokers have to make sure a prospective home loan is not unsuitable for the borrower.... Unsuitable meaning they might not be able to afford their electricity bill.
