This Bill will have the ability remove access to mobile phones in detention, which are a lifeline, enabl...ing access to legal counsel, doctors, caseworkers, family, and advocates. This colourful scarf features the beautiful mural done by Noongar artist Peter Farmer with Solid Futures/DWF students as part of the 2010 Moorditj Mural Project. The 5 metre mural is displayed in the ALSWA Boardroom at Perth head office.
