12.01.2022 With the bushfires well and truely upon us here in Australia its important to be reminded to stay mentally safe. The bushfires will play an emotional and physical toll on many people, including those who are directly affected and those who know someone or are related to someone in the fire zones. Not only are we challenged by the vast destruction caused by the fires but our precious fauna and flora are also impacted with thousands of wildlife losing their lives to the fires. Lets not forget to do what we can to stay safe for ourselves and to protect our wildlife. If your struggling with the trauma of what is happening around you reach out for help from your local mental health medical services or call lifeline on 13 11 14.
