25.01.2022 CBT = A very wise Aborignal lady said to me once Life is not a dress rehearsal!. What I know about life is it’s also not a personality contest either. Don’t compare and compete with others as ppl don’t really know you or your accomplishments or challenges. Win your daily battles but don’t battle with others challenges as usually their coping mechanism is to project their rubbish on others. Being true to yourself is a daily focus and remember to Focus on wellness not th...e illness as the illness will consume you! I BELIEVE IN YOU

21.01.2022 CBT = Family is about the relationship not genetics as friends are family too. Blood connects us but love infects us and what we do for each other reflects us.

20.01.2022 CBT = Daily food What we put in our shopping trolley reflects our appetite and hunger. What we choose to eat and bring into our lives/homes we will feed our families. Our personal challenges will spill out into our homes they may look like addictions, DV, criminal behavior and violence. Once these conditions or illnesses are in our homes then we feed our families these things. What we bring home is ultimately a choice, so think about the better options of what we put in ou...r shopping trolleys to feed families. Adults set the emotional and spiritual climates in the home, so be sure it’s good emotional and spiritual food your feeding your family. I BELIEVE IN YOU!

17.01.2022 CBT = Don’t get caught into another’s whirlpool that will drag you under. Even better, create and become a whirlpool that will propel you towards your own destiny and help others head towards theirs. I BELIEVE IN YOU! .

17.01.2022 CBT = Does your environments or surroundings influence your thoughts and feelings. It’s like a boat, What you let in will either sink you or balance you. Often a boat will never control its environments but the purpose is to stay afloat no matter how calm or stormy it may be. A little bit of water will never sink a boat but will balance it. Learn to balance with the small leaks as how you react or respond to those leaks is a reflection of you not your conditions. I BELIEVE IN YOU!

12.01.2022 We are honored to have some really good staff and grateful to be at such an important community event at The Battle of Countries. Always good to see our young ppl being active and parents/carers support. Great work Rod and to all the team of volunteers that have put on a fantastic day which will be an amazing weekend! 08.01.2022 CBT = I got this from the granduaghter of a person I helped tnite. This is why I live my purpose of a helper/healer You help ppl knowing theirs amazing ppl and amazing families that don’t know or how to seek help and or are held hostage against their circumstances. Helping ppl believe in themselves and each other is the purpose but knowing unrest and challenging ppls with their challenges is the mechanism that will assist change. I BELIEVE IN YOU!

04.01.2022 CBT = Cicadas make a lot of noise and it can be overwhelming. When you are tuned into the noise it can be tormenting, agitate you and overcome your peace. The noise that comes from ppl who spread rumors or yarn cart can be like this. It may sound loud but remember there will be a time it will be a background noise and treat it like that. Do not give value to the noise by reacting and respond so it complements you not distract you. Remember a cicada that eventually ma...kes no noise will just end up an empty shell on a tree somewhere lifeless like words that have no value. Don’t breathe life into something that doesn’t deserve your energy, time or attention where it’s needed elsewhere = family, friends and time for yourself! I BELIEVE IN YOU!
