24.01.2022 COVID19 update. We are taking every effort to protect our staff and customers during this period and we are going to continue working while we can. We have do hand sanitiser in our trucks and office and we are monitoring all of the advice. ... We ask our elderly and immunocompromised customers to be careful, to get help and self isolate as much as they can. 13.01.2022 As soon as this photo was taken we needed an updated one for new staff. We have been busy and we are heading into the busy period for removals. We highly suggest you book in with your preferred removalist at least two weeks in advance for local moves and even longer for state wide and interstate moves, at least a month and longer if you can. We hate leaving anyone disappointed. Look at my boys smiles, they love this job.

Our customers have been absolutely wonderful through this heat, from supplying extra drinks and understanding that jobs may take a little longer. 03.01.2022 Lets talk Pianos!! We move upright pianos, pianolas, and grand pianos of all sizes - from kawaii to concert grands. We are trained by an industry professional of over 30 years and have extensive knowledge and experience in moving pianos of all types. Especially grands! Who knew Townsville had so many grand piano owners? ... We also work with Steve Martin from Martin's Piano Tuning & Repairs to keep your pianos sounding and looking amazing. We have a number of trolleys and dollies specially designed to move pianos on a variety of surfaces as well as piano strapping when we are unable to move another way. Our trucks both have tailgates which can hold the weight of any sized piano, our ramps are non slip and rated for a high weight. The trucks are both insured and we have public liability. We have flat rates on our upright pianos and pianolas moving lowset - this rate increases slightly for highset and staircase access. Grand pianos are quoted and are dependant on size and access. The quote is as always obligation free and at no cost to you. Want to move your piano yourself like Laurel and Hardy here? - Lift at the knees - save your back. - Move upright pianos and pianolas standing upright. Do not transport them on their back in the back of a ute or small trailer. - And unless you know how to move a grand piano, don't move it yourself. 02.01.2022 Yes, we do offer both ZipPay and Humm as payment options! If you have a move coming up but don't really have the funds upfront, ZipPay or Humm are a great way to manage the payments. We don't get paid until after we have done your job and you get to pay it back in easy instalments, making ZipPay or Humm a safe option for both our customers and us. Firstly, we need to come out and do a quote. We need to know exactly what we are moving so we can give you an accurate price.... Once you have the quote and you decide you want to go through Zip or Humm, you will need to go through their approval process. This is as easy as us putting through an order which gets sent to you and then you will be able to go through the application process. Once your application is approved, we then book your job in and once your job is completed, we get our funds and your easy monthly payments start. As long as you have the necessary information on hand, the process should only take 2-4 days from the day of quote. Then you will be able to book your move in. If there is anything else you need to know or you want to book in a quote just send us a message or call us and we help.

We will continue doing houses, pianos and businesses if booked in. ... -We can do moves for anyone in self isolation. -We do not travel interstate or further south than Bowen. -We have not been in contact with any customers who have been overseas recently or have tested positive.
