23.01.2022 Hi Everyone,its Kathy I will be taking a quick getaway and wont be back in salon until next Friday the 18th September. A few days of relaxation at the beach and then celebrating my eldest boy Connors 21st Birthday next Thursday! The salon will still be open and Keeley will be working!

21.01.2022 Today it has been decided That we will precede with a Controlled Transitional approach to re opening the Salon, but we must Stress we will not be returning to normal business hours. Moving Forward Keeley and I will be working separate days and only offering 1 evening and 1 Day each per week. We need everyone to understand that we will initially be scheduling client appointments dated back From the 31st March to present . We will now use this time to restock, organise and pu...t necessary precautions and procedures in place as we move forward with Business during a Pandemic. 19.01.2022 UPDATE #2 Due to the social distancing rule for our clients we are only able to take limited clients at a time. This will mean some future appointments already made will need to be rescheduled for the social distancing to occur.... For the safety of us and our clients if you are feeling unwell please reschedule your appointment. Due to the space of our salon clients may be asked to wait outside upon arrival. All clients will be asked to wash hands on arrival. We assure you that our hygiene procedures have been further elevated for everyones health eg. coffee and tea will no longer be served and magazines have been removed. We will continue disinfecting all equipment and work stations between clients and Washing our hands consistently. Trade will continue on a day to day basis based on advice from the authorities. Keeley and I have procedures In place to keep you all safe and healthy and we Trust you will do the same for us.

19.01.2022 Hi Everyone, With Christmas fast approaching I just wanted to let you know I now have limited appointments available the first 2 weeks of December... We are working everyday in the lead up to Christmas. Please make appointments ASAP to avoid disappointment. I am fully booked from the 11th December through to Christmas. (I do have a cancellation list available). Don’t forget we then shut down for 3 weeks, returning on Thursday 14th January. These appointments are also filling ...fast. 16.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Keeley and I are slowly starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel as we get everyone in for their appointments... We expect the end of June should see everyone finally up to date and back in routine... This is taking time as we cant work the same days together, therefore our work hours per week are shorter than pre Covid...This is expected to be the case for some time until the Social distancing rules relax. I have also decided our annual shut down over the Xmas/New Year period will be extended by a week so we will be closed for 3 weeks.

08.01.2022 Keeley and I wanted to touch base to let you all know we understand the frustration felt not being able to get your hair done and we continue to re assess the situation weekly. We met yesterday and discussed at length with a third party our options, but we continue to stand by our decision to remain temporarily closed to keep everyone Safe and Healthy including the Landlords of our premises. We have had an overwhelming amount of calls and Messages regarding box colour and doi...ng your own Hair. While we understand we also need to advise that we have absolutely no knowledge of box colour. To match our Professional High End Product and the recipes we use for you is simply Impossible. This will also present lots of colour correction services in the future which will be costly. The damage this is having on the business and our financial independence is overwhelming and no matter which way we move forward there will be consequences both positive and negative. We ask for your patience in these unprecedented times. I too am sick of hearing that word, but it is what it is. 07.01.2022 Keeley and I have now been through and rescheduled appointments... We are now open to take future appointments. Please be advised there will be a wait to get in as we catch up on 7weeks of missed appointments. Any future appointments existing from 5th May are now void and will need to be rescheduled. 03.01.2022 UPDATE... The 30minute rule has been lifted... Keeley and I are meeting at the salon this morning to discuss how we are planning to move forward.... What I need to express is this...... I want nothing more than to keep mine and Keeleys financial independence and service all our valued Loyal clients BUT Everyones health and Safety is of utmost importance to me also. Add the fact That I also fall into the high risk category weighs on me heavily.... Possibly one of the hardest decisions to make moving forward. We will never forget and forever appreciate you all! We Raised $10 000 for De and Dave.... 2 years on and De is doing well and looking incredible 1 More surgery to go which has been delayed due to Covid.... Not too long to wait now See more

Meaning No other clients will be in the salon while you have your service.... Tuesday will be for Kathys clients and Wednesday for Keeleys.... Dont hesitate to organise this with us if needed...
