22.01.2022 We are incredibly thankful that all our Guests, some of whom had very close calls yesterday, are all safe & well.. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the 4 people who never made it home to their families yesterday & to the 25 other men women and children who are still trying to get home to theirs. To all those who stopped to render assistance and those who responded to calls for help. W E H A V E N O T H I N G B U T L O V E F O R M E L B O U R N E ... Y e s t e r d a y ... T o d a y... 10.01.2022 After having been an officially Four Star Rated property for over a decade, we are incredibly sad and concerned to hear that Australia will no longer have an Independant national accreditation body to assess our accommodation industry... because of the rise in popularity of "self-rating" and online review sites such as TripAdvisor. Is this really what Australians consumers want? For service providers or multi-national travel companies to self-regulate and rank themselves against their competition? We certainly are a very trusting lot aren't we!
