MANDY VELLA has returned to the Coast after practicing at Chiropractic Central, Lane Cove & LISA SHELTON (previous owner of Erina Chiropractic Centre for 27years) has returned to work on the Coast after 3 years of traveling from Sydney to Newcastle locuming. 22.01.2022 In these discombobulating times, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, and spin your wheels. A strategy that's helped me in the last few days is to have a list of 3 (small) things I'd like to accomplish today, that would contribute to my wellbeing and ability to navigate these tricky times. Today it was: 1.change my bed sheets 2.have my vitamins 3.chiropractic ( thanks for the great adjustment Mandy!) Not a huge pile, but it was very satisfying to set 3 things down and get them done

Eg: yesterday's list: 1. Changes bed sheets 2. Have vitamins 3. See chiropractor ( thanks for awesome adjustment Mandy!) What's on your 'self care' list?

Dr Lisa in Melbourne feeding her inner student and keeping up to date with the most current research and practices at the Inspiral paediatric seminar Whilst Dr Mandy took advantage of the glorious weather and started her day with an early morning walk - benefiting both mind and body - before heading into a wonderful Saturday morning at our practice How did you choose to spend your day?

04.01.2022 Vitamin C, in natural form, courtesy of a friends orange tree ( thanks Mon), great antioxidant and activator of T Lymphocytes to fight colds! Other positive spin off: movement during a break from computer whilst standing and hand squeezing oranges and a 10 minute break to pat the dog and sip on the juice mindfully, noticing taste and texture, also losing the urge to pursue white carbs!
