01.01.2022 THE END OF PAPER TITLE DEEDS!! As at 11th October 2021 all paper certificates of title will no longer exist. If we hold your Certificate of Title in safe custody, you have a couple of options: 1. Collect from our office (make an appointment and all parties will need to attend) 2. We can destroy the deed on your behalf... 3. Provide written authority to post to your address, you will need to post to us an express post envelope addressed to yourself.
