The aim here is to get families and everyone at home moving and feeling really good whilst spreading positivity and having fun. ... Commonly this pain or stiffness can be the result of a lack of muscular strength within the intrinsic foot muscles and/or ineffective arch support. This can lead to flat feet, which can affect our ankle stability and affect the quality of movement patterns such as running, walking and squatting. . How: To perform this trigger point release, place the tennis ball on the ground and your foot on top of it. Run the ball down the underside of your foot from the ball to the heal, compressing the soft tissue between these two points.
