15.01.2022 Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT), or more commonly known as Cold Laser Therapy, is a revolutionary technology that offers a powerful alternative to traditional techniques like acupuncture and manual massages. The cutting-edge technology uses a specific wavelength laser light that interacts with the body tissue and stimulates faster healing. The low-level laser light has also been associated with increasing the serotonin levels in the body, which in turn boosts the body’s own healing capabilities. The result is a substantially faster pain-relief and speedier healing.

14.01.2022 Trigger Finger? Yes that is a condition we treat! Trigger finger is a painful condition in which a finger or thumb catches or becomes locked when you try to straighten or bend it. It gets its name from the trigger-like snap that occurs when the finger suddenly releases.... What are the symptoms of trigger finger? The first symptom may be pain and a slight thickening at the base of the finger or thumb. The characteristic snapping sensation can develop gradually or start suddenly, and the pain may radiate to the palm or toward the end of the finger or thumb. You may find that the finger or thumb is locked toward the palm when you wake up and gradually releases over the course of the day. The problem may seem to be at the middle knuckle of the finger or the top knuckle of the thumb, but it's actually at the base of the affected digit. Sometimes you can release a locked digit by massaging it at its base. If you have been diagnosed with this condition or you are having these stiffening symptoms, give us a call and we can get a treatment plan ready for you to take back control of your health!

Recurrent episodes tend to get progressively worse with the passage of time. Therefore, it is important to not only treat th...e symptoms of low back pain but also to have a strategy to prevent future low back problems. That is where we come in One of the most important times to care for your low back is when you have no symptoms.
