There's following instructions, writing great reports and meeting deadlines. Each month we recognise and reward someone who stood out and earne...d the title of Mystery Shopper of the Month. In a busy month, a well-written report is worth its virtual weight in gold. Our Quality Control Team should be able to read a report to verify its accuracy, but not have to edit anything. Then under that will be a map and all the location-specific shops that match your search. Remember to use the filters and sort the list how you'd like to see it. If you're doing a road trip, you can enter up to 999 km in the search box and you can enter any postcode across the country. 06.01.2022 Ok, here's the thing...... We've been neglecting our socials lately and haven't been chatting with you all as much. For that, we're sorry! However..... Covid-19 is changing the way we do business. Companies are focused on their service, having clean restaurants and shops and they all want to give their customers the best experience.... We're so pleased to announce that almost all of our pre-Covid clients have relaunched their Mystery Shopping programs and we've just published hundreds of July jobs to board. The last few clients will return in August as more restrictions are lifted and business bounce back to normal. We're also experiencing an increase in enquiries and of course we need to recruit MORE Mystery Shoppers around the country. We've got some exciting things coming up and we'll share those with you as soon as we can. (Team catchups, a shiny new website and some new mystery shopping assignments just to name a few!) 05.01.2022 Yesterday's announcement of a sudden lockdown in greater Brisbane prompted some panic buying at our supermarkets. Shelves were empty of the usual items people stockpile, our social media feeds were flooded with photos of empty shelves and every news program reported the chaos. However, this morning, our local Coles at Rochedale Village things were looking back to normal.... Their team has done a fantastic job of restocking the shelves overnight. No doubt this is the case all over Brisbane. While they all get paid for their reports and get money to spend at retailers and pharmacies, free meals at restaurants, free visits to the vet etc, we also choose one who stood out and award them the Mystery Shopper of the Month and they get a $20 bonus, just for being awesome. This month it was Lauren H from Vic who really stood out. Lauren submitted reports that required little to no editing and we really appreciated ...her excellent level of communication.
