21.01.2022 On-site cabin we constructed at the Garden of Eden Caravan Park. The two outside pods were sourced by the customer and transported onto site. We prepared the foundations and assisted with craning and positioning of the cabins. Once in position, we constructed the centre pod adjoining the two outer pods and constructed the stairs. After some landscaping and personal touches from the client, it’s ready to be enjoyed.

21.01.2022 Today’s job emphasises the importance of regular pest inspections especially in older homes where preventative measures aren’t in place. This hardwood timber floor had been attacked by termites and it was too late once they were found. Now that the termites have been eradicated, today we stripped the floor and laid new yellow tongue flooring ready for a vinyl floor to be laid on top. A removable hatch was cut into the new floor to allow access for future pest inspections.

15.01.2022 Something a bit different. Quick pre-race season trailer reno. The old wall panels and floor in this racing car trailer had seen better days. A quick freshen up with new aluminium composite panels throughout, new winch cover/step, new floor and trims. There’s nothing we won’t do at Above & Beyond.

12.01.2022 More photos of our recent Alfresco area. This old steel carport was jazzed up with Merbau privacy screens, a new ceiling, downlights and new Colorbond barge flashings to give it a new lease of life.

11.01.2022 Alfresco gable which we enclosed featuring motorised outdoor blinds. The blind roll and motor was enclosed in a bulkhead within the gable allowing the blinds to only be seen when lowered. This westerly facing alfresco area can now be enjoyed more often due to the protection from the elements offered by the lowered gable and blinds.

10.01.2022 Timber ramp recently constructed at the Garden of Eden caravan park to allow the client better access to her cabin. We also constructed the Colorbond fence to the front of the yard and recoated the existing deck.

01.01.2022 A Built-in Wardrobe we recently completed. The customer had an existing wardrobe in the main bedroom which she wanted replicated in the spare bedroom. We built this wardrobe exactly to match, now just waiting for the custom aluminium frame mirror doors to be installed.
