22.01.2022 A very nasty EOL from a blocked sewer flooded the lower part of this property for about a week before the owner entered and realised something was just not right. The entire lower level of the building envelope was affected including the kitchen, robes and flooring. The walls & ceilings were also asbestos which added some complexity to the makesafe works in order to allow the restoration team to sanitise the bottom wall plates. 20.01.2022 Australian Building & Roofing Services have commenced stage 2 of a 3 stage repair process in Wooloweyah, Northern NSW. Not an overly complex project, however, the scaffolding design and installation to access the two rear flyover roof areas have been staged so our team can replace the insulated panel safely, then this scaffolding will be removed to access the lower deck roof areas to allow for replacement. There is approximately 6m from the barge capping on the lower deck f...lyover roof to the ground at the back of the property. All materials have been upgraded to Colorbond Ultra & supplied by Metroll Lismore Pty Ltd. Access equipment by Wiggins Scaffolding and roofing works carried out by our inhouse team with additional reinforcements provided by our friends at Southern Cross Roof Plumbing. 11.01.2022 Hats off to our S.E.Q team carrying out this shed reinstatement which is nearing completion & handover after a total fire loss. Fortunately, no one was injured. There were a few bumps along the way with planning requirements and the additional engineering as the existing concrete slab is being reused, however, we were able to steer our way through the concerns with assistance from our trusted certifiers over at Fluid Building Approvals.
