25.01.2022 Great morning just strolling through the hills and valleys of Mt Stuart. Huge shout out and awesome effort to the team for getting up early and tackling this great mountain. A special mention must go to Anne who has just started training with us and completed her first Mt Stuart session. It was completed with no whinging or stopping, (we didn't hear it ). WELL DONE!!!

24.01.2022 It's time to kick 2016 into the past and welcome 2017 with new fitness goals, better lifestyle choices and positive attitudes. BLOCK 1 for 2017 starts 23/01 - 25/02 (5wks) BLOCK 2 Starts 06/03 - 08/04 (5wks) Cost for training this year will be as follows;... First session FREE Casual $10/session 10 session pass $80 OR $25/week for unlimited (up to 5 sessions) PAYMENTS TO BE MADE BY THE END OF WEEK 1 FOR EACH BLOCK. 22.01.2022 SPARTANS are you ready???? Let's make the most of this opportunity now that it's coming to Townsville. We have started a team in the 21k beast race and will be starting a 7k team as well. Training over the next 10wks will be spartan orientated. The 7k race will be an awesome chance to get in, get dirty and have some fun while the 21k will be more challenging and a test of endurance. Anyone keen to give it a go, you are more than welcome to join our team, "ABSOLUTE BEASTERS" ...21k, run wave at 9am. If you are interested in the 7k let me know and we can start a team. 18.01.2022 Well it was all about Holly today. As Holly leaves us to pursue her career in the defence force, we wish her all the very best in what life has to offer. Holly was always a strong and determined trainee, never allowing bad form or incorrect counting come in to play just to come first. Happy to be last and knowing it was done at 110%. This determination will see you go along way with your new chosen career. We celebrated today with a huge 10 rounder and a wonderful brekky on ...the strand. We take this opportunity in thanking everyone for your continued support and a huge welcome to our new trainees. 16.01.2022 First session for 2017 completed. A huge welcome and thank you to our new and existing team mates. Its always a relief to get the first one out of the way. Look forward to catching up with some of our other regulars in the morning and later on in the week. Remember to eat well, drinks lots (water), keep stretching and get a good nights sleep.

We have started the 7km team, if you are keen to have some fun, get dirty and enjoy the experience then join our "ABSOLUTE SPRINTSTERS" team which are on the 10am run wave. Alternatively, if you want to push yourself to the next extreme then join our "ABSOLUTE BEASTERS" for the 21km race which runs at 9am. Don't die wondering; should I or shouldn't I do the race, "JUST DO IT".

08.01.2022 After many weeks of training, Spartan race was on. Everyone was very keen and excited to finally challenge the 21km beast race. Glad to say we completed the obstacles with lots of courage, determination and true team spirit. The race was completed in under 5 hrs with no injuries. A special mention to Liam who was of the youngest to challenge the 21ker and even though he felt like quitting at times he pushed through and finished. Feeling very proud. A special thanks to TecNq f...or the use of their bus. Also a mention to the boys scout for the use of their cargo net. We were able to raise money for their fundraising from our spartan training and we presented them with a cheque. Its time to enjoy some rest, relaxation and fishing. Cheers. See more

08.01.2022 Good morning, just want to advise that until this major weather event has passed, Bootcamp will be cancelled until further notice. First and foremost the safety of our clients and their families are a priority. We don't know when the rain is going to start happening or finish so it's safer to cancel Bootcamp until further notice. The weather gods are going to unleash in the next 24-48 hrs. Our bootcampers who have paid for the block pass, will be credited for this weeks training. You'll receive a week off in next block. Most important until we meet again we want everyone to stay safe.

05.01.2022 It's time to make it happen if you already haven't done so. We are starting the last 2wks of training for 2017, it's time to use up your 10 session pass as they expire at the end of 2016. Alternatively, you can join in for $20/wk for up to 5 sessions/week.

02.01.2022 On a mission this morning to get to the top of Alligator Ck falls with our Absolute Fitness team. Well after 19kms, 4 creek crossings, amazing scenery, a beautiful waterfall at the end and a 4hr return trip - we did it!!!!!! So worth it while the river is running, a must do. We created some memories along the way.
