21.01.2022 Hi ladies, Are you curious about using the Gym? Not sure how or scared to use some of the equipment? Looking at joining but don't know where to start? ... I've created a Full Body Workout designed to target the major Muscle Groups that will burn Fat and create Muscle Definition This guided weights session will be run NEXT Tuesday the 12th. Cost of the session will be $30, limited spots available This 45-60 minute session will include: A demonstration on how to use the key pieces of equipment in the Gym A Full Body Program written and printed out for you to take home and use in the Gym The opportunity to ask any questions about the equipment and exercises Comment below to register your interest or feel free to contact us

16.01.2022 That feel good feeling When we exercise it increases endorphins, dopamine and adrenaline. These are all brain chemicals associated with feeling happy, feeling confident, feeling capable, feeling less anxiety, less stress and less physical pain! Its so important to include physical exercise in our lifestyle, but to also find a balance. Exercise shouldnt be scary or overwhelming, it should be fun and challenging, with those motivating rewards at the end! ... Just remember the only way to get better at something is to put in the repetitions, not only In the gym but in the kitchen as well Join me for a one on one Personal training session or join in on our Group Classes to feel those "feel good" endorphins

15.01.2022 As it's getting closer to Christmas we are starting to wind down with Group Classes Next week will be the LAST week of Group Classes for 2020, finishing on the 19th of December and resuming again on the 4th of January. The gym will still be available for use throughout I can't wait to start the 2021 with some exciting new programs, challenges and specials coming. Keep an eye out, January will be a big month! ... Lastly keep in mind that i'll heading on maternity leave soon Don't miss out on the opportunity to join in while you still can!

14.01.2022 Hi Gym Family, With the weather starting to heat up we've decided to bring in a in a Hot Weather Policy for the safety of our members On day’s that the te...mperature EXCEEDS 38 the gym will only open from 6am until 10.30am and then shut for the remainder of the day. On day’s that the temperature EXCEEDS 40 the gym will be closed for the entire day. Even with our air conditioning and fans being in a shed means that once the tin is heated, it stays heated for a long period of time. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to cool the shed down Group Classes will be rescheduled for a different time or day in weather that EXCEEDS 38. PT Sessions will be scheduled for early mornings to beat the heat of the day With warmer weather is an increased chance for dehydration and heat related illnesses. It's important that we stay well hydrated before and after using the Gym or attending Classes. We hope you understand the need for keeping our members safe during the hot weather

The barcode will be at the front desk, next to the sign in book. Both will need to be filled in before using the facility Thanks, Total Strength Fitness

Due to being high risk I've been advised to stay in Adelaide until my due date in case this little one decides to arrive early! We ask that anyone who wishes to use the gym WHILE WE ARE AWAY be a MEMBER, that's including my regular PT clients. This is for the safety of our clients and our facility. ...
